What is the "End Time"

The end of the world as we know it...
- The end time is not the end of the world (as some may believe)
  It does end something...
- The "End Time" is the time when God brings an end to the rule of mankind on this world; and establish His kingdom on earth.
- The "End Time" is also know as:
  - The last days
  - The Day of the Lord
  - (many more terms, but terminology is not the focus of this webpage)

Is the idea of "End Time" taught in the Bible ?

You bet... A number of passages in the Bible clearly teaches that the world as we know it will end some day (not by ordinary natural processes, but by the hand of God)

Isa 13:6 Howl! For the day of Jehovah is at hand; it shall come as a destruction from the Almighty.
(The destruction will be to the wicked, see below)
Lam 2:22 You have called as in a solemn day my terrors all around, and there was not an escaped one or a survivor in the day of Jehovah's anger.
Isa 2:12 For the day of Jehovah of Hosts shall be on every proud and lofty one, and on every lifted up one; and he shall be brought low
(As I said above, the destruction is to the wicked)
Joe 1:15 Alas for the day! For the day of Jehovah is at hand, and it shall come as a ruin from the Almighty.
Jer 46:10 For this is the day of the Lord Jehovah of Hosts, a day of vengeance, that He may avenge Himself of His foes. And the sword shall devour, and it shall be filled and made drunk with their blood, for the Lord Jehovah of Hosts has a sacrifice in the north country by the river Euphrates.
(The wicked ones are those attack God's people. God will come and avenge Himself on these wicked ones in the end time.
This verse also gives an indication of the identity of the one that God will avenge against: people in the north country by the river Euphrates... Ahmadinejah and his followers !)

(I can hear some scream that infamous quote "The time and day no one knows"... Hey, I did not say that I know the day and the time, I am saying that I know the season of our Lord's return. And Jesus did say that we could know the season - remember this verse "when you see these things, you know the summer is near" ???)

Why another website explaining the end time prophecy ?

There are multitude of books explaining Daniel and Revelations.
Why this website ?

You can throw all the books written long ago about how to interprete Daniel (or the Revelations for that matter).
Because if those books written long ago correctly interprete Daniel (and Revelations), then the angel in Dan 12:9 had lie - the words were not sealed away...
That would make God a liar - because angels are messengers of God.

I have not only studied Daniel and Revelations (read the verses hundreds of times and many books about these books) but more importantly, I have been following current world events closely for a few years.

From my reading of Daniel and Revelations; and various interpretations given in popular prophecy books, I have come to the conclussion that you cannot find the definitive interpretation by just reading/studying.

The only way to interprete/understand the visions and prophecies is by looking at the reality and see the prophecy unfold.

The current events are the key to unlocking and understanding the visions/prophecies in Daniel and Revelations.

That is the only way to explain why the angel said: the words are closed up and sealed until the time of the end :

By looking at the events unfolding in the end time, we can interprete what a vision/prophecy was telling us. Armed with the new information, we can unlock other visions/prophecies

That is exactly what I have done. And what I have learned tells me that the books that have been written even a few years ago, are wrong...
